We begin by cultivating stillness and mindfulness. This includes posture practices, journaling reflections, and exploring your personal narrative to build resilience and grace.

  • Daily Practice: Start each day with a meditation posture, designed to ground your body and foster mindfulness.

  • Post-Asana Journaling: Reflect on your meditation experiences, capturing sensations, emotions, and thoughts in a dedicated journal.

  • Subjective Autobiography: Write your life story from a subjective perspective, focusing on significant events and emotions to gain deeper self-insight.

  • Navigating Emotions: Work through challenging emotions such as blame, shame, and guilt to free yourself from their impact.

Focusing on the breath, we reverse the common hierarchy of mind over body, using Pranayama and other techniques to deepen the mind-body connection, fostering authenticity and intuitive wisdom.

Here, imagination is reshaped as a transformative tool. Through imaginal meditation, dream journaling, and embracing forgiveness, we unlock the creative power of the mind.
